NIXER X Jack Rabbit Longfills

We reach the end of the line with the NIXER X Jack Rabbit range, and what a way to go out.....for now!

Share on:

Well it’s been a long ride, but we are finally at the last instalment of the mammoth NIXER ranges reviews, and it really has been quite the journey over the last weeks. I would say there has been highs and lows, emotional rollercoasters, trials and tribulations, but no, there has just been bottle after bottle of seriously hard hitting, top shelf e-liquid after e-liquid. Seriously, it is rare enough getting a range that has no weak points, but this has been insane when it comes to the consistent quality on offer from NIXER, and now we reach the final destination, the Jack Rabbit collection.

Now I have to lay my cards on the table here, this review will contain some of my all-time favourite recipes so there may be flowery descriptions, lots of gushing, and a level of hyperbole as yet unseen in any of my reviews so far. I am, as always, going to keep things honest and real, but I just thought you should be forewarned. We originally reviewed these flavours when Dispergo originally released them in their standard shortfills way back when, and both Simon and I were equally blown away, sending the brand right to the top of our favourite fruity/sweet juice makers. Now we are a few years down the line and there is some seriously stiff competition, so I guess we will see if they can still blow me away.

The O.G Jack Rabbit range only had one area of weakness, and that was the limitations which came from the format, you could either get shortfills and be limited to 3mg, or slightly later they released a salts version which came in a range of strengths but wasn’t so great if you didn’t get on with salts. But now they have been set free from such constraints as they join the NIXER family. You can finally vape these great flavours how you want, so if you want something with a bit more punch you could get a 9mg freebase Mixer pack, or if you wanted a lower level salts mix, then you can go with a 3mg pack. MTL or DLT, freebase or salts, there are NIXER Mixers for you. You can even pick Iced Mixers if you want to feel a real chill. There are just so many options however you like to vape.

Once you’ve picked which version you want to go with, simply mix all of the 10ml bottles in with the concentrated base in the larger bottle, shake things up and you are ready to vape, it couldn’t be any easier. The tricky bit will be deciding which flavours to go for, trust me, this line up is strong! This time NIXER have taken a selection of greatest hits from the Dispergo Jack Rabbit, Cyber Rabbit, and Rachel Rabbit ranges and have bunched them all together under the NIXER X Jack Rabbit heading.

Blueberry, Citrus, and Pineapple

Blueberry Citrus And Pineapple longfill by Nixer x Rachael Rabbit fuses a trio of fruit flavours. Sweet blueberry notes combine with tangy citrus and exotic pineapple in every puff”

First up you get a zingy blast of pineapple and a lemon/lime combo which really wakes up the old tastebuds. It is a real blast, and although both elements are strong, somehow you still get equal measures of zesty sharp notes and the sweeter, tropical paradise that is this version of pineapple. It is a juicy overload, so good! Then you notice something else creeping in, something sweet and almost floral, oh hello blueberry! Whilst it takes slightly linger to make its mark, don’t be fooled into thinking the blueberry is a mild wallflower, it is an essential element that absolutely earns its stripes. It is recipes like this that made me fall in love with Dispergo, they understand flavour on a deeper level.

Custard Doughnut

Custard Doughnut longfill by Nixer x Jack Rabbit features a classic dessert flavour. The rich taste of vanilla custard is fused with a sweet doughnut base”

There have been many attempts at doughnut e-liquids, and most fail as honestly it is just really hard to mix a really authentic fried dough flavour. Back when I used to mix my own juices, I could never come close, and believe me, I tried. But this e-liquid manages to pull off the impossible getting both the flavour and the feel right without a fryer in sight. Breaking up the doughy goodness is a sweet and creamy vanilla custard which leaves a lasting impression as the flavour lingers on after the vape has finished. Personally, I don’t even like custard fill doughnuts, but this flavour is banging!

Neon

Neon longfill by Nixer x Cyber Rabbit blends citrus and stone fruit flavours. The sharp taste of grapefruit is sweetened by the soft notes of peach”

First up you get a sweet juicy peach, fresh and authentic. You just don’t get peaches this tasty over here, supermarket fruit just can’t compete! I like peach, but I can’t vape it for long before it gets too much for me, but that is where the master blaster comes rocking in with a powerful grapefruit twist. Man, I love grapefruit in e-liquid, it just cuts through everything with an intensity that you don’t get with many other fruits, and it really mixes well with the sweet peach. For me, this is pure heaven, but that is going to be very subjective depending on how you feel about the fruits in the first place.

Redcurrant Grape and Cherry

Redcurrant Grape And Cherry longfill by Nixer x Rachael Rabbit is a bold berry blend. The tangy taste of redcurrant is sweetened by dark notes of grape and cherry”

Another fruit cocktail with three flavours that you may not naturally put together, well cherry and red currant are natural partners being seasonally compatible, but the grape is the odd one out, two’s company but in this case, three is the business! You get so many elements here, you get richness from the succulent cherry, you get a clean sharpness from the redcurrant, and then you get the juicy sweetness from the grape which is somewhere between a green one and a red. It is complex and requires time to savour every twist and turn the juice takes you one, but some things are worth savouring. It may sound like I am suggesting this is a treat juice, but no, this I could vape all day every day.

Rio

Rio longfill by Nixer x Jack Rabbit is a complex tropical blend. The sweet, juicy-tasting notes of fruity papaya, mango and pineapple are layered with rich notes of coconut and cream”

I was so jealous when I originally read Simon’s thoughts on Rio as it just sounded like my perfect flavour, and then I got to try it for myself when I went to the Dispergo HQ and I felt Si had been holding back, this stuff is incredibly good. It isn’t just the freshness and authenticity of the fruit, which is absolutely on point, but that creamy, exotic coconut cream is just dreamy. Every element can be picked out clearly, but combining them makes them stronger than the sum of their parts. This could be the ultimate tropical bliss in a bottle.

Xenon

Xenon longfill by Nixer x Cyber Rabbit is a dark fruit blend. Sweet blueberry is sharpened by the tangy flavour of exotic pomegranate”

I kind of feel bad that Xenon comes after Rio as nothing is going to beat that for me personally, but someone has to come last, and this definitely can play with the big boys as well as anyone can. Rich and seductive, this is a supercharged blueberry which somehow manages to avoid the cliched fragrant tropes. This blueberry is keeping it real, and then it starts to blend and entwine itself around the pomegranate which has all the flavour without all those annoying seeds which ruin the real fruit.

Final Thoughts

I don’t think I really need to summarise my feelings here; it hasn’t been the most subtle of reviews. But when you try these for yourself, I am sure you will see where my enthusiasm comes from as these really are some of the best of the best, and that says a lot coming from the minds of the Dispergo magicians.

But don’t take my word on it, flavour is a very personal thing so the only way you’ll know how good these e-liquids are is to try them for yourself. You can head over to Vape Club who will sort you out. They carry the full spread of NIXER X Jack Rabbit and all of the NIXER ranges along with the full compliment of NIXER MIXER packs.

So there you have it, we have reached the end of the NIXER reviews and what a joy it has been. I can say for sure that you are certain to find plenty of flavours here to enjoy, especially if you like fruits and desserts, they really don’t get any better. But there you go, time to sign off on the last of the NIXER ranges and check out something completely different………or is it? I can pretty much guarantee we haven’t seen the last of them yet so keep your eyes peeled for more in the very near future (I’m such a tease!).

Many thanks to Vape Club for providing the NIXER X Jack Rabbit range for review.
