A very interesting new release from Limitless is the Marquee Mod System, a first of it's kind device that is marketed as a '3 in 1' vaping system that caters to all tastes. You can utilize the supplied drop in 2ml capacity Limitless Marquee tank, or fit the 510 adaptor to use any 510 threaded tank, the final option is to use the Pod adaptor combined with the Pod Mode option on the Marquee Mod to use your favourite pods, such as Limitless Pulse, JUUL, Phix and Bo pods. This is looking like a very interesting prospect indeed!

What’s in the box?
As with virtually all Limitless products that I have encountered, the Marquee Mod System comes in an extremely well presented box, inside the box you get the Limitless Marquee Mod, Limitless Marquee Tank with a 0.6ohm coil head pre-installed, a spare 0.6ohm coil head, 510 tank adaptor and a USB charging cable. Strangely no instruction manual is provided, instead you are pointed towards an instructional video on the Limitless website, which I find to be a bit of a strange decision.
Limitless Marquee Mod System Design and Build Quality
Limitless designed the Marquee Mod System to be comfortable in hand, and measuring in at 48mm x 22mm x 100mm the Marquee Mod System fits in my hand just fine and is easy to operate with my fingers. It feels robustly built, and is lightweight enough to carry around in my pocket. Two different finishes are currently available, in Stainless Steel and Black, I received the Stainless Steel version and the finish has been pretty durable in the past three weeks of use.
A rounded edge bearing the Limitless logo means no sharp edges dig into your palm. Large up and down buttons are found at either side of the Marquee Mod System, and at the front is a large OLED screen (which can be customised through the menu system), this OLED screen also doubles up as a trigger style firing button. A magnetic 510 connector is found recessed into the mod, and the USB charging port can be located at the base.
Included in the kit is the Limitless Marquee tank, which has a leak resistant 2ml capacity. It is manufactured from stainless steel with a glass tank section and is designed to be 'dropped in' the Marquee Mod. A childproof top filling system is used, as well as adjustable top airflow and a Delrin drip tip.
How to use the Limitless Marquee Mod System
The biggest selling point of the Limitless Marquee Mod System is of course it's versatility. You can use the supplied Marquee tank so that the Marquee Mod System becomes an 'all in one' (AIO) styled device, alternatively you can use the supplied 510 adaptor to use a 510 threaded atomiser such as the Limitless Hextron, or the Pod Adaptor so you can use pods from the most popular pod devices and benefit from extended battery life. Unfortunately at the time of writing the Pod adaptor wasn't available in the UK, so I have been unable to test it out.
A cleverly designed magnetic 510 connector allows you to simply 'drop in' your chosen option, without the need to screw it in which could cause issues getting it back out again. As the connector is magnetic, whatever is connected to it will still rotate, which is slightly annoying if you like to have the max fill line visible through the juice viewing window on the Marquee Mod for example.
As there is no instruction manual included within the box, I'll explain how to operate the Limitless Marquee Mod System. A bespoke chipset is used with the Limitless Marquee Mod System, which outputs up to 80W of power and supports the use of Ni200, Titanium and Stainless Steel in temperature control mode, with accurate resistance readings and consistent power delivery.
- Hold the up and down buttons to fully power the Marquee Mod System on and off
- Three clicks of the fire button will lock and unlock the Marquee Mod System
- Holding the up and power button will take you into the menu system
- Display options will allow you to customise the screen display
- Output option will allow you to choose between power, Ni/Ti/SS temperature control, bypass mode and pod mode (if the pod adaptor is inserted)
- Screen rotation allows you to rotate the screen display to the right or left
Limitless Marquee Tank Performance
The Marquee tank is included with the Marquee Mod System, with a 0.6ohm coil head fitted and a spare 0.6ohm coil head. 0.2ohm coil heads are available to purchase separately. Before using the Marquee tank, you need to prime the coil head with a few drops of E-Liquid, then fill the tank and let it stand for at least 5 minutes.
Airflow is located at the top of the tank, and this can be adjusted via rotating the airflow control ring. It ranges from a fairly loose direct lung hit when fully open, down to a restricted lung hit when closed down. Personally, I have found that I prefer the airflow to be closed down to under half open, as I felt this gave the best flavour results. It provides fairly decent flavour, and as expected with a Limitless product it chucks out some pretty dense vapour too, and wicks high VG e-liquids easily. Overall, it is a fairly decent tank, however I have preferred to use the 510 adaptor with the Limitless Hextron on top!
Conclusion
For £50, I feel that the Limitless Marquee Mod System is a great purchase, whether you are looking for a new main mod, a back up to your favourites or something to take away with you on holiday. It comes with a reliable tank in the form of the Marquee tank, or if that isn't to your tastes you can switch your favourite atty in with the 510 adaptor, and the Pod adaptor looks like it will be a great option too!
I do really love the feel of the Limitless Marquee Mod System, in the past three weeks I have carried it around with me everywhere, as I find it comfortable and easy to use. The battery lasts me the whole day, which I am more than happy with, and it's great to have a host of different options available to me with this system. Well worth having a look at!
