During winter 2014-15, Public Health England is conducting a conversation with stakeholders on use of e-cigarettes in enclosed public places, based around five draft principles to guide policies and practice. To stimulate the evidence-based debate, PHE has invited leading tobacco control experts to provide independent video commentaries on the draft principles.
